There are more than 10 harbors in Chongqing, while Chaotianmen Dock is the biggest one and also the most important pier for the Yangtze Upstream and Downstream Cruise.

Location of Chaotianmen Dock

The Chongqing Chaotianmen Dock is located at the junction of the Yangtze River and Jialing River of the northeast of the city, one of the busiest ports in China, where is the starting point of Yangtze River Cruise. It is surrounded by mountains on three sides, and slopes down to the river on each side.
