LATEST ON THE WV TRIPLE CROWN- We're still working out the final details for the Triple Crown Series 2006, but with the help of the various race directors we'll have a great series this year. The races will be Old Fort 5 miler, Valley Great 8, and Bernies Memorial 3 miler. We intend to award the fastest male and female combined times with $500 US Savings Bonds. Additional awards will go three deep for the male and female as well as three deep masters male and female awards. Anyone who completes all three races, regardless of their time will be eligible for a random participant prize. This should encourage everyone to come out and have fun in each of the races. There are no special entry forms, we will track participants based on the results of each race. Special thanks to Dr. Palermo, Bernie Popson and Jim Thomas for their assistance in making this idea a reality. Thanks also to Mike Montagna for his assistance and publicity through RUNNEPA. More details will be coming shortly. POST YOUR VIEWS ON THIS ON THE MESSAGE BOARD David Dobbs-posted 2/8
